Executive Women In Bio (EWIB) is the life science community’s pre-eminent resource for executive women. This initiative champions greater diversity in the industry and is committed to empowering women leaders at the highest levels by hosting robust professional development programs, creating targeted networking events, and fostering exclusive communities that amplify and support each other. 

WIB executives have three specialty programs, including Boardroom Ready, ad hoc programming led by EWIB chairs, and eMAPS cohort programs, which offer professional development cohorts for rising Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. 

EWIB-San Diego offers an Emerging Executives Cohort and two Executive Round Tables.

Note: 2023-2024 registrations are closed. Applications for San Diego Executive programs are taken between cohorts as an interested party list, and you'll be contacted when a new cohort opens for registration, so make sure to express interest or apply through the link here.
